Received letter regarding data breach. Unable to set up account with monitoring agency. Called them, and was told they could not set up account because of technical difficulties. I will try again in the future, but am skeptical of CKR and their attempts to correct their inadequate security.
Just got a letter that they had a data breach and my kid's social security number and DOB were compromised. So, terrible billing practices AND terrible security. Not even sure how they ever involved in my kid's care or why they had all my kid's information. Lame.
I had heard nothing but good things about Cardinal Hill. However after my husband was there in February 2025 I have changed my mind. The therapists were great but nursing leaves a lot to be desired. There are rules that only nurses may help patients in and out of bed. My husband was scheduled to be released on February 19. On February 17 his blood pressure bottom out while doing PT. Just received a letter from collections company never received a bill from this place looked on my e o b s nothing showing for these bills they just sent it to collections no communication with this place
I also received notices of owing them money, but I never went there. It was very confusing and I thought they were a scam because I saw no relation between them and the emergency room visit I had to go to. I still hope that I'm not being suckered and they are a legit company.
