They undersized our new contruction home by almost 1,000 square feet. They should have put two units on our house with split zone between basemenet and first floor. Their measurements don't even match the blueprints we provided. Been pushing for over a year to get this corrected as rooms are unbalanced.
Had an issue with my HVAC sweating during hot/humid days. They insulated/wrapped accessible exposed areas and installed some passive ceiling vents to help air circulate around the metal ducts. Great service and highly recommend them!
