I experienced a house fire about a year ago and lost both my glasses and a new order of contact lenses. When I informed Central KY Eyecare, they generously provided me with a brand new order of contacts and a new pair of glasses—all at no cost. The team was incredibly understanding and kind throughout the entire process. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
Dr Lambirth is the best. He’s seen my family for the past 9 years. There’s no one else we will go to! He’s personable and always takes as much time as we need. The whole staff is friendly and caring and really gets to know their patients.
I've been wearing glasses for nearly 20 years, with checks every 1-2 years and I've never experienced a place as bad as this. The workers are all super sweet but the prices are insane, one of my lens were messed up when I received my glasses, and the frames were bent out of shape after the new lens was installed. They also feel very snakey about the way they go about pricing, feels like they just try to push expensive options and recommend specialty lenses without consulting instead of going over other options with you. Amazing staff and Dr. Courson is a phenomenal doctor. I appreciate the kindness and efficiency of this office. Nothing but positivity experienced during my appointment from check in to the exam to picking the right style of glasses!
Dr. Lambirth was very friendly and informative about all the processes and what could be expected in the next few years with my vision as it relates to my health conditions. 10/10 in my book!
