I experienced a house fire about a year ago and lost both my glasses and a new order of contact lenses. When I informed Central KY Eyecare, they generously provided me with a brand new order of contacts and a new pair of glasses—all at no cost. The team was incredibly understanding and kind throughout the entire process. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
My visit was great in many ways. The office was clean and well run. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful on my first visit. The technician checking me in was skilled and professional. Dr. Lambirth was kind, generous with his time, and seemed to carefully consider what advice would best suit my personal needs. Amazing staff and Dr. Courson is a phenomenal doctor. I appreciate the kindness and efficiency of this office. Nothing but positivity experienced during my appointment from check in to the exam to picking the right style of glasses!
I’ve gone here for two yrs now, not only for routine eye exams but for urgent eye care as well. Always easy to get in and out. The doctors are exceptional and I trust them with the care of my sight! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
I have been so pleased by the care I’ve received at Central Kentucky Eyecare. On both instances I’ve met with Dr. Courson she was both personable and professional. Today, I was fitted for contacts. I’ve never worn contacts before, and learning how to put them in and take them out was daunting, but the gentleman who taught me was the epitome of patient.
