My wife and I are beyond pleased of the true quality care work provided by Dr. Hildebrand, PA W.Babcock, & the rest of the Greatbend Ortho team in regards to the care that was provided to my sons wrist fracture. They not only made us feel our sons care was important to them, they more importantly gave us a sense of confidence that they would ensure the care they provided would be done the right way so that our son would be back to being an active boy soon. I have heard great things about the doctors here but when I tried to get an appointment for my elbow that isnt healing correctly after a breaking my arm they refused to see me with no explanation or referral for a Dr that could help me.

Literally spent hours in office to simply get an X-ray. They expect you to show up early to your appointment time yet you wait for multiple hours in the office before anyone does anything. This office also is really good about slowing everything down so they can squeeze every extra penny out of you they can. Unless you’re so rich you never need to work ever again, go elsewhere. I’m highly disappointed, and will be telling the people who referred me how terrible their opinions are.
