No communication for roughly 2 months now - promises to get back to us in a week passed, then I called, and was told the tech was looking into it, still no contact. No "we are waiting for parts", nothing, and last contact went unanswered. We had trouble with our heating system this week (I know! the week of CHRISTMAS!?) and we called Central Iowa Mechanical. Prompt, courteous, professional service. Yes, it's winter in Iowa, we had to wait a few hours, but they kept us informed, and came out that day. The technician was professional, educated me on what needed done and the repairs made.
