My massage was very relaxing, Sadie was very attentive and asked specific questions about what I wanted at the beginning. Also checked in occasionally throughout the massage to make sure it was to my satisfaction! Would highly recommend her.

Monica is an excellent massage therapist. She always listens to what problem areas I need worked on and I always feel better after my massages with her. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a personalized massage in the Des Moines area!

My husband and I had gotten a couples massage. Monica did a wonderful job on his problem areas. He had also received a few single massages from Monica to fix an injury. I received a massage from Sadie. She listened to my unique needs because I have Spina Bifida located on my lower lumbar of my back. She did a great job. We would recommend anyone who needs to relax to get a massage here.
