Customer service from the girls in the office and the knowledge the boys have in the field is second to none. Call these guys and you will get the best water system available.
I have to send a shout out to Dan at Central Interior Pumps. This guy knows what customer service is all about. I arrived at the family lake house at around 2pm on a Friday afternoon to find the our controller for our well pump had packed it in, and needed to be replaced. After a couple of calls I was able to get in contact with Dan with the help of his office staff. We recently had well problems (turned out to be a faulty pump coupled with a poor previous installation by another firm) and suddenly were without water. I called Lindsey at Central Interior Pumps and she was very friendly and so helpful. Dan came out and did a careful inspection and was able to isolate the problem and provide a solution - same day! Great service. They had my water issue sorted out very quickly and had a new pump and parts installed very quickly. Great quality work, incredible communication, very fast service. Overall a great experience. For me communication is a huge factor in service and they are very responsive.
