This company has no commitment to customer service. The billing company that they have outsourced the billing responsibilities to is half way cross the globe and provides no service at all; NONE. I will make sure that my bloodwork never goes to Central Illinois Pathology again until the change billing service providers.
I totally agree with the previous review. The worst billing and you can not get to talk to a live person. Between me and my insurance it took MONTHS to get something settled. I am not sure if they are the only choice to OSF.
Got bill from them went online and entered my insurance for adjustment. They then sent the adjusted bill to collections instead of sending it to me first. Wont be using them for anything in the future. Worst billing department I have ever encountered.
Simply the worst experience I’ve ever had with a billing dept. We were sent to collections without ever receiving a bill and they never charged our insurance. When you try to call, you get an automated machine that asks for an account number (which of course you don’t have because you never received a bill). You can’t talk to any live person and there is no way to rectify the situation. There’s not even a live person to talk to at the collection agency. Oh my God, I agree with Kelly, words can't express how wrong their policies are, my bill is $40.60, sent $20.60 along with copy of my OSF charity letter, I get final notice in mail yesterday, now this is 2nd statement, I call today, talked to a Karma, she says can't mail charity letter in, has to be faxed and reviewed, is putting my account on hold for 30 days, what I said, I sent in $20.60, balance is $20.00, why do I get a final notice?
