Brad inspected a home I purchased and he missed several major things costing me almost 25k dollars. Please see the conveniently cropped inspection photo that missed a large hole in the roof. Had he have done a better job he would have noticed the serious code violations that would have had to be corrected like 3 layers of roofing. It's even visible from the ground he didn't have to enter the attic to find it.
We would highly recommend Central Illinois Inspection. Brad Kershner was great to work with, he took the time during our inspection to walk us through his findings and make sure we understood any findings he was going to share in his report. He made a potentially stressful process very straightforward and put us at ease with his knowledge and professionalism.
