March 2019 Employee of the Month Cindy Ushman Cindy is a receptionist for our office and has been employed at CIARS since 2008. Cindy was nominated by five of her fellow co-workers. They all commented on how she goes above and beyond her normal receptionist duties. When a co-worker was out on medical leave Cindy was the first to step up and say “ I can fill in while he is gone”.
