They missed several problems on the house I bought. If Mike has mentioned them in his report they would have been taken care of as part of my purchase, but he didn’t. I ended up having to cover several thousand dollars in problems he missed. Then they would not stand behind their service and the insurance they carry would not cover anything. I certainly would never use them again.
