A shout out to Journeys by Central Holidays. After a fiasco last week with a client leaving her passport in an uber and missing their flight to Italy, Marco from Journeys was able to work with the client directly (while I was flying to Los Angeles), rebooked them for the next day, and then rebooked them again to reduce the penalties and fees. This is the type of service I look for in a tour operator, for my clients. Client already emailed thanking us for the wonderful service they are receiving in Italy.

I am changing my review/rating to 5 stars! Central Holidays was able to following up and fix the previous issues I had. They emailed me back with full explanation on the situation and able to direct me with my planning.

Central Holidays is travel agent friendly and very pro-active in their marketing efforts. Their social media outlets are particularly effective.

I want to thank Adam Greis and Maria DiRocco for all of their help, knowledge and guidance that they gave to me and my clients traveling in Greece. Adam put together an itinerary that included all of their wishes. They loved every step of the way. Not ever have taken a connecting flight, I had no idea how time could prove to make or break a vacation. With all of Central Holiday's experience why they ever booked my connecting flight with only 55 minutes between arrival time and departure time is absolutely unfathomable. I left my itinerary in their "capable?" hands and needless to say our group of 22 travelers were left in Munich Airport at the mercy of Air Dolomiti, who did not hold the plane for us.
