The people that work in the leasing office are decent, just people doing their jobs, tho they sound like robots. Maintenance is usually done quick, and not well. The buidlings are barely kept clean. Be warned, rent goes up around $100 every year even if your apartment isnt newly renovated. The company makes millions in profit because of these rent increases...

Here lemme fix this review cause it came from a place of anger. The people that work in the leasing office are decent, just people doing their jobs, maintenance is usually done quick, sometimes not the best, and the buildings are usually kept pretty clean. But be warned, rent goes up around $100 every year even if your apartment isnt newly renovated. The company makes millions in profit because of these rent increases... All of it I understand is out of the control of the leasing office, and is all on the corporation itself.
