Cockroaches I would move in here if you like roaches. This place was good at first. Moved here 09/2021. Roaches started July 2023, worsened since November. Little improvement. I’m about to move out.

Courtyard Estates Its a decent first apartment. Many of the neighbors seem to forget they live in apartments with many other people whe they fight with their significant other or take their dog out at 2 am however. Also, in the first 3 months we lived here due to construction and water pipe breakage our water went out 4 times but the office doesn't tell you anything.
