Absolutely disgraceful. I called 4 months ago, regarding service request, Asked to find out when is the availability. Also asked to call before tech goes there. No one called and I ended up paying other company to fix the AC. Now, after 4 months. this company sending me text that pending invoice even without providing services. When I called the office, stated GPS shows tech went there. How would it me my fault when you have not asked or inform before sending tech. Words can not express enough how grateful I am for Central Air. Professionalism, quality of care, and warranties are above what other companies provide. Patrick was quick to address my concerns, responded promptly, and cared about the situation I was in. Shane came out and did a thorough inspection, he explained everything to me, discussed some options with me and I received estimates that were itemized. I'm so happy with our new AC and I'm happy to know that I will be taken care of if any issues or concerns arise.
They’re the best in the valley
We were without an ac for three weeks. We called several companies and all came out. Central was very understanding and really helped us figuring out financing and all options. As soon as we were ready they were here the next day. The install went really well and were done before I got home from work. I highly recommend and will continue using their services and will recommend to anyone I talk to.
Central Heating & Cooling is the place to call. If it’s my rental house or my personal home they are there for you even on a weekend emergency. They arrive in a timely manner, technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.
