Words can not express enough how grateful I am for Central Air. Professionalism, quality of care, and warranties are above what other companies provide. Patrick was quick to address my concerns, responded promptly, and cared about the situation I was in. Shane came out and did a thorough inspection, he explained everything to me, discussed some options with me and I received estimates that were itemized. I'm so happy with our new AC and I'm happy to know that I will be taken care of if any issues or concerns arise.
They’re the best in the valley
We were without an ac for three weeks. We called several companies and all came out. Central was very understanding and really helped us figuring out financing and all options. As soon as we were ready they were here the next day. The install went really well and were done before I got home from work. I highly recommend and will continue using their services and will recommend to anyone I talk to.
Central Heating & Cooling is the place to call. If it’s my rental house or my personal home they are there for you even on a weekend emergency. They arrive in a timely manner, technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.
We are longtime customers of Central Heating and Cooling. Many years ago (before we were even customers), they helped to return our dogs that had gotten loose. We were really grateful for this kindness and happily called them when we later developed AC troubles. We have found Central Heating and Cooling to be a great company.
