Polite, considerate, thorough, informative
I called Central Heating & Cooling on Monday morning as I could not get my pilot light on for the furnace. Within two hours a technician was at my house diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately for me the furnace itself had a crack, was severely outdated and a safety hazard for my home. The tech, Darren, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me the issue and answered my 100 questions with ease.
