I cannot thank Darren enough for his professional handling of our service call. He was wonderful. Explained what he did, what I should do next as the home owner, how to operate the thermostat to program it, and even helped me change the batteries in it. PS. He came for the AC service, too, which was very helpful. He cleaned our hvac unit, checked the filter, gave us an estimate of the lifespan left on the unit we have from previous owners. Excellent job. Quick, accurate, professional, and perfect explanations of issues involved. I called at 1:00 pm Friday, at the house 2:30 pm, problem diagnosed and repaired by 3:00 pm.
