We had a small problem with our furnace, it was leaking a bit of gas. The company sent LIam out promptly! ( I'm sorry if we took another person's appointment, but the urgency of a gas leak takes priority). Liam caught it and fixed it in short order! He's very thorough, and meticulous. The other service we had was for the A/C. Again, LIam is so thorough! He is also just plain nice! Very polite and also explains everthing he's doing! Thank you! We have peace of mind, now. I would absolutely recommend this company!
Zack was a great technician who went above and beyond. Very personable. And cleaned the fireplace to be much better to it has ever been!! Thank you so much for this fantastic work and attention to detail!
I like these guys. Been with them a few years. Giving only 4* because they need to work on returning calls from their customers.
