Mufaletta & a Barq's – One of the truly unique New Orleans experiences! Across the street from the French Market. Grab a quarter sandwich and a Barq's out of the soda machine in the back.
the best – no one anywhere has a mufaletta as well as central. the secret is in the bread. also the look and smell of the store tells you that this is the real thing.
Well Worth A Visit – Across the street from the Mississippi River this place serves a great muffalata. Grab a beer and sit down with the locals. At first you'll think you made a mistake in going there but trust me, it's well worth the visit.
A reat taste of New Orleans – Why go to a fancy restaurant, when you can get a real muffuleta here for a bargain price, then walk down to the river and enjoy a picnic. One is big enough for two people to share, easy. The olive spead is out of this world.
