Mr. Yohannes has more experience with glass for windows, doors, and mirrors than anyone i know in the city! He has been delivering quality products for at least the 7 years I've known him. They just moved from 4313 Lancaster Ave one door down to 4315 Lancaster Ave. But they are definitely open.
So so bad. Expect to wait three weeks and have to call ten times to get a couple pieces of glass cut. Currently waiting for something that I paid for weeks ago and can't seem to get them to deliver. Has been the case every time I've used them. This will be my last.
Always late by at least 30 minutes. (twice) Calls were not returned. Special ordered product took almost 6 weeks to arrive. One time nearly an hour late to a 10 AM appointment and they said they were getting coffee when I called at 10:55 AM!!! There REALLY ARE better businesses out there, I suggest AVOIDING this one!
