I am so glad I was able to have my radiation treatments here in Warner Robins instead of going to Atlanta 5 days a week. The staff at Central Georgia Radiation have been so great to me. Every single one of them from the front desk to the ladies giving me radiation make sure I am taken good care of from the second I walked in there the first day.
Dr Cole was very nice, but his staff particularly Janet was very rude. She needs some sympathy training dealing with Cancer patients. Just because she thinks something as trivial to her, it might be a big deal to a patient. So she needs to learn to listen to any concerns, and learn to be a little bit more apologetic, before she opens her mouth. I also think that they need to Communicate better with their patients. You just can't assume things with customers or clients.
It's margarita day at Central Georgia Radiation Oncology and Central Ga Cancer Care on Hwy 96 in Warner Robins. Come out and enjoy grilled hot dogs, hamburgers and of course margaritas! All proceeds go to relay for life. Call us if you want to make any donations. 478-287-6353
