Worst freight company I’ve ever dealt with. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business.
If you have a choice in the matter do NOT use this company. If you do not have a choice make sure you inspect your delivery thoroughly before signing for it. My kayak sat at this terminal for almost two weeks with no one calling me to schedule a delivery. I called the 1800 number and they only offered to send an email to the local terminal. I finally found the local number on a pdf online and called to have my kayak delivered to my home. They said it would be delivered the next day and that did not happen. No call no show.
