Every visit is just so pleasant I took my car in for the third time to Central Ford and every time is just so pleasant. They are very nice and friendly.

Great Impression Every aspect of my transaction with central ford was great. The people there are helpful and very professional.
The Best Eddie took care of my new Ford Escape needs..a oil/filter change and rotated the tires...and temporarily repaired a CD issue, which will be finalized with the receipt of new CD clips. Eddie was friendly, informative and the work was done within a reasonable time period. This was my 1st service visit and I will return. Of note, I think the pricing for the service was a little high but Central Ford did send me a $20 off coupon. So, thank you Eddie and Thank you, Central Ford.

Best Service Took my 2008 Lincoln for service contract was told everything would be fixed later told it was over 500$ Had a discussion with Ken Jellerson GM what a Super GM took care of everything very satisfied need more GM's like him he is to be commanded for his customer etiquette
