Walk away, nice couple but in the end they did NOT finish the job and left HALF the tree standing even though the invoice said to the ground. They used an excuse there is a chain hanging and they don't know the origin and it could ruin their saw (wah wah wah). So they still demanded to get paid the FULL invoice amount for half the job and refused to give us a receipt even after requesting it 4 different times. I called to have someone look at trimming a few branches hanging over my shed and fence before hurricane season. I left a message, they called me back and said someone would be by in the morning. No one showed so I called back and the owner said he would check with the guy who was supposed to stop by, and call me back. It's now Sunday and crickets from this company. I guess my job was to small for them.
They came right over to my house in two days on time and charged me exactly what he quoted me, very polite professional and experienced I would highly recommend them and will use again
Hired them to trim are oaks in are community and to say the least they did the worst job I have ever seen done on any trees. They rush to get it done leave stuff on the tree that should have been removed, nubs left so new growth will come back, every single tree is uneven I mean I can go on. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL THANK NE LATER.
This company is absolutely amazing! We contacted several companies for estimates in removing some trees with no response or reply back whatsoever. The owner came out and gave us an estimate himself. They were on time and did the job extremely well. They went above and beyond doing a superb job with excellent communication and taking appropriate measures to have everything removed safely and efficiently.
