I was very happy with my first visit to Central Florida Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. The office was very clean and comfy and the TV's in the patient area were a very nice touch. All the staff members I spoke with were very nice and showed genuine concern. I look forward to making Dr. Mansour's office my new Dentist office.
Ladies at the front desk were very pleasant on the phone and in person. The office was very clean. Everyone answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Eye contact is very important and I received that. I wasn't just another open mouth.
The entire first patient visit went very smoothly. Everyone in this office was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. DDS Mansour was very thorough in his examination and extremely helpful in answering my many questions. He also made several recommendations that I know, will be beneficial to helping me keep my teeth in the best possible condition.
This was my first time here and I had an inlay done and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very polite and friendly. The Dentist was very informative and most important Delicate and Precise. This will be my family dentist from now on.

wow. went in your office to try a different dentist, he was recommended . you guys were so good i was shock. never had a dentist do a check up in so many details. i went in because a chipped a tooth. the dentist could have told me re schedule for that issue. but he said he would take care of me. since i said i wanted it today, KNOW thats costumer service. making sure i was pleased. verry giid job. i will know send my hole family there.
I used to dread going to a dentist and avoided them. But the experience that I had getting a cavity filled today was great! I definitely will have no problem coming back for dental work here. This was definitely the best experience that I have ever had and I have already recommended them to other family and friends.
Check in process was modern, efficient and quick. Staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. X-rays were not uncomfortable (bite-wing) Cleaning was quick and thorough Doctor was efficient, pleasant, and explained what was going to happen and was concerned for my comfort. I would prompt the Doctor to move into the sight line of all patients whom he greets instead of making the reclining patient turn around since they can not see him enter the treatment area.
