I recently had a very disappointing experience with Feniks Auto. I went in to have my front brake pads replaced, but instead of providing a straightforward service, they removed both the front and rear wheels for inspection, which seemed highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, they quoted me an additional $260 for rotor replacement, despite the fact that my previous visit to the lexus service center found no issues with the rotors. i went over to this place, and the first time i went i had brought an oil change off of groupon which was arund $30, and everything went well. but when i was finished, he told me that next time i could just come without buying it through groupon and he would give me a price match. but when i returned next time to do this, he went on a rant about why he wouldnt be able to, and ultimately told me he wouldnt be able to do it for me.
