Working with the team at Central Erin was a breeze. Special thanks to Chris Beyer, who was super accommodating even during his off hours to make sure our move in to our new commercial unit was smooth. Had everything ready right when we needed it and was more than willing to answer all our questions. Very easy to work with, much appreciated!!
Do not rent from them. Horrible management. Particularly Frank Carone who never helped us with any complaint. We weren't even given his phone number. So when something comes up, you have to call their main number to connect you. That's only Mon-Fri 9-5. You're on your own out of those hours. We had to be treated for roaches on 3 separate occasions in just a year and a half. The last time, my husband told Frank when he saw babies in the hallway. As a fire protection contractor, I have had the pleasure of working with C.E.P.M. on multiple projects, and I must say that they are one of the most professional and organized property management companies I have encountered in the industry.
Extremely disappointed with their mgmt service. Our dedicated manager does not have an RCM, since my last inquiry. They constantly threaten owners with false claims of charge backs. Their technology stack is very dated. The overall theme is that of neglect and disrespect, constant ignoring... Noting this is my experience and coloborated with fellow peers in my Oakville town home condo. Ive had to raise this with the condominium authority.
Steven Peros and his employees are doing a great job flagging all the honest reviews. They cannot take the truth and certainly do not want to deal with the truth. Mrs. Susie Shorey is the owner of all the buildings Central Erin Aka Live Here Property Management manages. They are doing a very poor job, they are harassing people, they are harassing both tenants and employees, they are not doing much while having lots of fun.
