My husband is at Arbor Terrace in cumming. They were called to his past Sunday arrived approx 4 pm. Was told by Central that we had to go to the Trama hospital in Roswell. Explained I wanted to go to Northside Forsyth. We are on hospice!! Found out from team that took my husband back to arbor terrace. If they pick up they have to stay, if not admitted they will take back to facility. These people didn’t want to stay. If anyone is on Hospice. You have can dictate the hospital! This will never happen to me or my family !
I was billed 4700 for a 20 minute ride from north forsyth to north fulton hospital. Non emergency just a transport.
This company has some horrible workers . Some are nice . they transport my nephew who is disable and they made some remarks they shouldn’t have been made. to the workers if you don’t like your job or don’t have a passion for any one regardless their problem than find a new job. My nephew should have been treated as a human like he is . I will like an manager or someone to reach out to me
These people transfered my 2 yr old nephew who has cerebral palsy and blind back home. The person that worked with the driver a they/them told my sister, his grandmother that she was " evil for keeping him alive and should be ashamed and God will punish her" mind you, this from someone who changed their sexual orientation! My great nephew is a blessing my sister takes great care of him and those words to be spoken to a parent is so disrespectful and cruel! I will working with her to make sure THAT will never be able to work ... read more
My grandson was transported by this company, the employee said to me why am keeping my grandson alive and he is blind And then he proceeded to say I was a delusional person and I need to go to hell.
