Ive been with central coast propane for longer than 10 yrs. Our propane has been shut off due to finacial difficulty during covid 19. Our payment has been sent and they still won't switch our propane on regardless whether we have small children or not. It's been a over a week since we've had hot water. The don't treat you as a valued customers.
I am completely dismayed and deeply concerned that I just got completely conned, then hung to dry by customer service AND the supervisor of this local company. My husband was told that our tank did not qualify for a “minimum fill-up” which is a 50%-70% propane fill, because our tank is too small at 125 gallons. They quoted us at $562.38 (which was a bit steep for us) and said they’d drop the rental fee due of $95, which would bring our quote down to around $495. It was very disappointing to talk to the office multiple times and be told different information each time. I called to schedule my first fill up and was quoted at $562, including a mandatory rental fee of $95. I asked if I could fill up only a partial tank and they told me I had to fill up the whole tank because it was too small for a partial fill. I just make delivery there all ways, clean place.
Overall happy with the delivery and timeliness of delivery but the last driver was not very good at backing.
