Staff and processing is efficient Dr was very helpful
Front desk is not good at all, even with so many at the front. Dr's are more concerned about putting you on dialysis vs keeping you off of it. I would give them zero if I could.
This review is specifically for Mariah at the front desk. My family member faced multiple barriers in getting a referral sent from her PCP’s office, and Mariah went above and beyond to help. She reached out to the PCP’s office, coordinated with them to ensure the referral was sent and received, and kept me updated at every step. Loved my doctor..extremely knowledgeable...I've had kidney disease 20+ years, and moved near here recently and they were very sweet at checkin aswell.
Terrible service. These girls are just sitting around and made me wait like 30+ mins for no reason. All I came in for is a hemoglobin check. Which is finger poke which takes less than 5 mins. They need to do better.
