My loan officer was great from the Paso Robles branch. But my experience with the Atascadero location was very disappointing. I felt responsible to move escrow along and ask questions in regards to closing escrow. My emails were answered in very few words and they just seemed uninterested in moving escrow along. Lisa Renelle was my loan officer in Paso Robles and was always proactive, professional and made me feel like an important client. Jason and his team made buying our first home easy. We went in for a consultation and he laid out what we should be looking for and what we could expect cost wise to purchase a home. He knew the market and gave us some tips on searching for the right home.
