Sent in for an MRI. Then they closed down for a month but I didn't know whether I had a tumor or what not even an answering machine just their phone rang and rang for 30 days. Very very unprofessional seems to be the overall consensus of most of the Salinas Valley doctors.
I have been a patient since before I was 1, so over 30 years now. Sadly, the quality of services throughout the years has decreased. Very difficult to even get a phone call answered.
I went a few months ago and the provider was nice however the front office was rude, unprofessional. I heard them laughing over a member asking for certain time.
Front office staff is unprofessional and rude. They’d benefit from a class about customer service. Middle school behavior coming from 30+ year old women. Doctors are fine and professional.
