I came here as a new patient to see Dr. DeBlauw at the start of this year. I sprained my ankle in the worst way months prior, and she has always communicated well, and clearly. I often struggle to meet new doctors because of past experiences of not being listen to - but I have had the best experience with Dr. DeBlauw. I very recently saw Dr. DeBlauw for a torn Achilles Tendon, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed by her. Good communication, clear precise explanation, thorough in her exam and she actually listened as I spoke. Something that many doctors unfortunately, don't do. A shout out to the front office staff and assistant as well. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you CCFAS.
I was a new patient and found their intake process was very smooth and efficient. I met with their new Doctor Dr. DeBlauw. She was thorough, patient, had a smile on her face and I walked out with less pain than when I walked in. Dr. DeBlauw was confident and informative. Little did I know I need new shoes! I wouldn't recommend. Poor customer/patient service by the medical staff.
