After being let down by another company who cancelled just 40 minutes before they were due to arrive (without even informing us), we called Citrus Clean, and Kylie was able to send someone out despite the short notice. Our cleaner was Gavan, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was professional and thorough, and our lounge has honestly never looked better. Don't make the same mistake we did - go with Citrus Clean as your first choice and save yourself the disappointment!

Sent 2 rugs to Citrus clean Charmhaven. I was not convinced that they could be saved. Citrus proved me wrong. Both rug were returned to me looking, smelling and feeling brand new. Kylie was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated. Pick up and drop of service was great too. Highly recommend this service. Thanks to the team at Citrus.

This is my third leather lounge suite I’ve owned and I have used a number cleaning companies.over that time. I really and truly have to say that Citrus Clean has given the best cleaning results ever! I own a large King Furniture leather modular lounge and I was a bit worried who to get but they are brilliant and the process and products gave an amazing result! Thank you Ben, you did an amazing job and Kylie was so love to deal with over the phone. Bev is a very happy customer, see you for my next clean.

Highly recommend! Left a window open overnight during a storm and promptly called. Got some brilliant and reassuring advice from Paul for drying the carpet myself. Unfortunately once the carpet dried there was a bit of a mildew smell but Citrus Clean was super fast to come in for a clean and deodorise. Big thanks to Ben, Paul and Kylie for the help!
