Great job by all people I dealt with from Kylie and Paul on the phone and Ben who cleaned our recliners which came up looking almost new and he took our rug away to clean as he was concerned if he cleaned it onsite the dampness may damage the timber floor. The rug was back in 2 days and looking fabulous. This is one happy customer Well done Citrus Clean

My dads unit had significant flooding due to a burst flexi hose. I can't thank the team from citrus clean who came the next day, extracted the water , removed all the carpet and took it to the tip for me. I was very impressed with their kindness, empathy and promptness. Also very happy with the price. Would highly recommend. Thanks again citrus clean. 💋 😘

From start to finish this was the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had , so professional . Gavin did the best job and we have never seen our carpets come up so good , the lounges came up looking so refreshed and new . Thanks Gavin we know where we will be going from now on .

After being let down by another company who cancelled just 40 minutes before they were due to arrive (without even informing us), we called Citrus Clean, and Kylie was able to send someone out despite the short notice. Our cleaner was Gavan, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was professional and thorough, and our lounge has honestly never looked better. Don't make the same mistake we did - go with Citrus Clean as your first choice and save yourself the disappointment!

Sent 2 rugs to Citrus clean Charmhaven. I was not convinced that they could be saved. Citrus proved me wrong. Both rug were returned to me looking, smelling and feeling brand new. Kylie was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated. Pick up and drop of service was great too. Highly recommend this service. Thanks to the team at Citrus.
