Outstanding after sales service from Central Coast Bricks & Heating. I purchased a wood heater that turned out to have a design fault that no-one was aware of. Amy & Shannon worked tirelessly with the distributor to find a solution acceptable to all parties. Their support was highly appreciated.

I just purchased my second fireplace in the past 7 years. Amy and Shannon H were amazing to deal with again. They were both really helpful throughout the entire process. Everything from selecting the fireplace to picking the external chimney that would suit my new roof the most. The black stainless on the exterior is absolutely stunning.
