Absolutely horrible place to have to go. Just read all the reviews. It is a joke. Lord have Mercy on you if this is the only place you can go. Very rude staff, NP David Gutierez should not be allowed to practice anywhere, once you meet him, you will understand what i mean. The most unprofessional "health-care provider" I have ever come across. The building is dirty, their office is dirty with bad smell, no ac. Joke of a staff
It's like they are trying to lose patients. I have had two rescheduled meetings fall through and it's all because every single time I update my phone number with them they just add it to a list and leave the old number I can't use anymore as the primary. Every single time, this has happened 3 times in a row now. I have updated this infor with the county, with my recertification and manually with this agency as well as others. They just keep spamming the old number on a phone with a busted screen that officially loses service... read more
