I bought a Stihl chain saw in for a part. The man helping me seem to have an attitude. Called two weeks later to see if part was in. Guess what there was no record of the part being ordered. The man who told me over the phone that it was not ordered just said OK, when I told him I would go elsewhere.
Great store and friendly staff! Most of the time the have what I need.
