Excema or ringworm?Please for your future patients ...to diagnose a skin condition properly you as an educated Dermatologist should always look at someones skin and examine it before diagnosing it...but standing in the doorway and talking to your patients from afar(no matter how busy you are) could cause a miss diagnosis which in my case resulted in that.I am late in posting this since it took almost a year for me to find out what caused my rash.
