Called werks ago to schedule an appointment. There was a change in insurance, and I specifically brought that to the scheduler's attention. Now they're saying he won't see me, despite a valid referral. I have already waited weeks for this appointment.
Dr. Helman is awesome!!!! He is the absolute best. He listens to your issue and tries to help to the best of his abilities. As for the office staff I would have to give them only 1 ⭐️. They aren't as awesome as Dr. Helman at all. If you need a referral you have to keep on them otherwise it will take 2-3 weeks before your referral reaches the place Dr. Helman is sending you.

Dr Helman has been one of the handful of doctors to actually listen to me and show genuine care and compassion for my situation, after just about 5 mins, he listened to all my symptoms, my backstory and ordered all the necessary tests in order to try to get to the bottom of my neuro problems, so grateful to have him as my neuro, so nice and personable as well.
