If I could put ZERO stars, I would! Worst escrow ever dealt with in 18 years of selling real estate. Worst escrow company in Kern County. Will never, never, ever use this company again. At all costs - avoid the escrow officer named Yessenia Bocanegra, and her escrow assistant named Griselda. HORRIBLE. Stubborn, petty, inflexible, vindictive, immature, super rude, highly unprofessional. And DO NOT expect ANY help from the so-called-manager: Jill Mushaney.
