We had to use this company because it’s what the seller chose. We didn’t enjoy working with them. Griselda Cervantes and Debra Self are very short with you and very STUBBORN. They will not listen to requests from anyone and try to do whatever they want. Their office is a shoe box in a realty company. I would avoid this company and these escrow officers. Management should talk these gals and fix their attitudes.

I worked with Griselda and she was amazing. She had everything ready for me when I got there. When she couldn’t get a notary to close on schedule, she completed it herself. She explained the documents throughly and allowed me time to read them myself if I needed. The whole in office signing took less than 20 minutes.
I had a very good experience here with Yesenia, she is very professional. As soon as I called she was hands on and started all my paper work. She answered all of our questions and explained our process very well.
