Went to this office 5 weeks ago. Dr was going to schedule a balance test. I’ve called the office 3 times to see when it would be scheduled since I haven’t heard from them. Every time I heard a recording to leave a message. I’ve left a message with two different people. No one has yet to return my call. I would never recommend this group to anyone. Really poor communication. Idk how they stay in business.
Called for an ear cleaning. They don’t take my partner’s insurance, so I offered to pay out of pocket. They refused and claimed it would be “fraud”. This is absolutely legally untrue (I’m in a position where I’m knowledgeable on the subject). This means that they ONLY bill insurance because they can over-charge, and won’t take your money up-front because: A) If they charge you their insurance rate, it’ll be obvious that they drastically over-charge, likely leaving you with some form of a bill from your insurance anyway that ... read more
I went there yesterday for an initial consultation. After waiting for an hour and a half, I couldn't wait any longer. When I went to tell the assistant, who was very apologetic, a gentleman in a white coat walked by, who I assume was the doctor, and said, "Yeah, tell him to go to another doctor. We're fine with that." I declined to make another appointment.
Dr. Kerr is a wonderful doctor; however, this office's scheduling staff and office manager, Evelyn lack professionalism and accountability when a scheduling mistake is made on their end. They lack the understanding of "service recovery" and I hope one day the healthcare providers in this office make customer service a top priority for their patients and families.
Had surgery back in 2020 by George Hsu. I would say he is the best and did a great job on my deviated nose symptom and took out my tonsils at the same time . Once I got fully healed from surgery , I was crying because I can smell and can breathe without thinking about it . He gave me a better life. I didn’t realize how much I was suffering on not breathing correctly. Now my daughter is going to get checked now this Month 3/25 and probably will have the same thing done to.
