Dr. Kerr is a wonderful doctor; however, this office's scheduling staff and office manager, Evelyn lack professionalism and accountability when a scheduling mistake is made on their end. They lack the understanding of "service recovery" and I hope one day the healthcare providers in this office make customer service a top priority for their patients and families.
Had surgery back in 2020 by George Hsu. I would say he is the best and did a great job on my deviated nose symptom and took out my tonsils at the same time . Once I got fully healed from surgery , I was crying because I can smell and can breathe without thinking about it . He gave me a better life. I didn’t realize how much I was suffering on not breathing correctly. Now my daughter is going to get checked now this Month 3/25 and probably will have the same thing done to. Dr. Kerr is the best! I've seen him for ear infections and he's so kind and helpful! The staff is always great and always tries to fit me in to see him, even when he's already booked up. They are all so great!
Dr. Evans is a great doctor. His nurse has horrible people skills and speaks to you as if you’re stupid. She’s absolutely horrid.
