Everyone was pleasant. Dr. McCollum was informative, and to the point, never felt rushed..
I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I’ve been seeing Dr. McCollum since she was part of a different practice. She is the first doctor to really listen to my symptoms, and not solely treat me on test results. The communication is fantastic, and they are there to help you with whatever you need. Sandy at the front desk is truly so kind, not to mention hilarious. I’m extremely grateful to be a patient of CB rheumatology.
This practice is very lucky to have a very intelligent, hard working and compassionate receptionist because that’s where it stops. After my long time Rheumatologist retired I found myself with Dr. McCollum. I had only one visit with her and one “discussion “ but at 65 and having worked in healthcare for 40 years I feel I can speak to the fact that this persons lacks the ability to show compassion and the care she should possess in her position.
