This was the most frightening, horrendous experience I have had with any doctor in my 72 years. She is sarcastic, insulting, and degrading in her manner, and actually began screaming at me when I inquired about the disturbing symptoms I was having that brought me into her office. This woman may have vast knowledge in her field, but her manner in unacceptable, to say the least. I was diagnosed with Shingles which was affecting my eye. I called the office at 10am on Monday morning & was given an immediate appointment for 2:30 despite having never been a patient. The receptionist was extremely sympathetic and understanding. The doctor spent over an hour with me. She gave me a very thorough examination and explained everything. Poor customer service. The actual doctor picked up phone and made a 1:30 appointment with me for an urgent matter. When i arrive early for my appointment, a receptionist tells me they don’t schedule 1:30 appointments and I can’t be seen for another month. They should have made an effort even if the doctor made a mistake in scheduling to squeeZe me in today but no consideration was made. Poor experience. Rude service.
