Had another RV repair company blow smoke by telling us we could repair our Thetford toilet ourselves without even doing anymore than looking at it and checking out the serial number🥵🥵 Central Body actually looked into what it wasn’t doing and contacted the manufacturer and got pricing on a new stool and worked with our warranty program to complete the toilet replacement and kept us apprised of timelines all the while!! Had my A/C charged and Bob found the part to fix my refrigerator. The service dept. staff and service manager (Bob) were very nice and helpful. Took care of me in a reasonable time and a fair price. Would recommend to All my RV friends.
We had a real bad hail & wind storm last July & had significant hail damage on our brand-new toy hauler 5th wheel that we had for 2 weeks.... We were recommended to Central Body by AC Nelson; we also had some warranty issues to get fixed & wanted to be at a certified place to get everything taken care of. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! Central Body was able to get us into the shop quickly. Our problem was more difficult than originally thought but they were able to complete the work in time to meet our travel needs. We will definitely give Bill and his crew another visit when the need presents itself. They did us right!!!
