Quick service and done right
Austin and his crew at Central Body were spectacular in their repair of our Subaru. Great communication, care and attention to detail, and customer service. Central even touched up some blemishes that were not related to the accident. I have no hesitation in recommending Central Body to anyone!
We are pleased with the service that Central Body Company preformed on our 1st RV ever. Needed an Alignment and a new generator installed. Their service people were professional and easy to talk to. We would definitely recommend Central Body Company in Council Bluffs. After all we need to do business on our side of the river 😉
When you pay nearly $3000 for a front end brake job and one caliper completely seizes and catches fire (while the other continues to work normally) barely a month after the repair, you would expect a shop to take some ownership for the faulty part they installed. Scott over at Central Body of Gretna would rather blame the customer and deny fault. Pair this with their overpriced parts and completely nonexistent customer service, the Gretna location should be avoided at all costs (and believe me, the "costs" are HIGH).
All ready to spend a week in our fifth wheel and the first morning discovered water on the kitchen floor. Called Central Body and Bill said to bring it up the next day. He immediately diagnosed our problem to be a pinhole leak in the water heater. Ordered the parts and had us ready to go by Saturday morning. We even asked them to winterize and wash the rig which they did. Everyone was very helpful and I would recommend them to my friends.
They are in Council Bluffs, Iowa & we are Fla residents who were broke down there. We traveled in our mtr. Home there thru a major lightening storm & were struck by it, ruining elec thruout. Central Body Co. took us right in to the shop and by end of day had us back on road with alll electric working! Their service was exemplary and we highly recommend them!
