After hearing all the rave reviews especially in regards to the pork I thought the meal was just "ok" dried out not much flavor. Ribs were good. Not on level with Kansas City BBQ places though.
Top notch Memphis dry rub BBQ!
The rib meat falls off the bones, and the barbecue nachos are not to be missed. Best barbecue in Memphis.

The barbecue at Central BBQ is legendary in Memphis and you can certainly taste it! It is a small restaurant but they also have some tables outside, where you can sit if it is warm enough.
