Great food! Be prepared to wait a little, but it's worth it. Lots of meat on the plates!

One of the best sauces I've had and he BBQ is fantastic. Get here early.
Barbecue, sandwiches, nachos
Pulled pork is excellent and choice of BBQ sauces & sell variety of BBQ sauces & rubs! They make their own potato chips which are so crispy and delicious. Can't wait to get back to Central BBQ!
Tip for vegans and vegetarians- they have a bbq portobello sandwich and if you ask nicely, they'll make portobello nachos.
Great food
Get their dry ribs (OMG these ribs) and try different sauces (the "hot" is a bit vinegary but delicious). Mac & cheese is also incredible.
