I can’t recommend Gilbert highly enough! He absolutely exceeded every expectation. My sister and I recently moved to Victoria, BC and finding someone who truly understands curly hair can be a challenge! The cut and colour turned out beautifully. Best barber shop in Victoria a cut above the rest!
I had a cut and blow-dry with Gilbert, and he was amazing. He really listened to what I wanted, took his time, and worked with so much care and attention to detail. The result was exactly what I had in mind… polished, flattering, and beautifully done. I left feeling very happy and would absolutely recommend him.
Treated myself to a hairstyling and washing while on vacation. I had been in chlorine water the last two days and had a frizzy slept in hairstyle when I came in. Gilbert tended to my hair, making me look like a princess (in my little toddler cousins words lol). The wash felt very nice, he was attentive to get the soap out of my ear pretty quickly when some accidently got in.
