Brandon has always been very helpful and respectful as an advisor. I have nothing to complain about regarding Central bank!
Customer Service is wonderful, but the app is seriously lacking. The best thing that they can do is to copy the Capital One app.
I always go inside the bank when I need to do business, rather than through the drive though. The reason? The people who work here. I’ve been a customer at this location for several years and have never had a bad experience. I think it begins with the branch manager and flows through to the entire staff.
