Horrible customer service! Funds in checking account are always put on hold?????
I and my husband have been banking here for a year or so. They are friendly and nice to the point that they know my family by name ( thats before I hand them money lol). I am also very poor so I know it's just because they really do care about any customers that they have. It's a good old time feeling that you get walking into this bank as for personalness ( it's a new building).
