Garbage place, horrible customer service, they dont answer the phone better off storing your things in a ditch. At least then the maintenance man bill wouldn't have a chance to steal from you.
They are impossible to contact. I have tried diligently for days to contact them to update personal information. I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and left several messages. I couldn’t update online because they would not send an email regarding updating information.
The climate controlled units are not very climate controlled. Rats ate up half my stuff and I couldn't file an insurance claim because the new management changed insurance company. Said it was the last management company's problem. 1 year of paying 250 a month just to have to throw half my stuff away
We’re on our third ownership change since the initial move in and review. This business has raised my rates on short notice to include rental insurance fee of $12/mo. And a “technology fee” of $5/mo. My homeowners has been in place the entire time but they are now saying old ownership never provided copies so ALL tenants must resubmit AND it must be an actual copy.
