Just rented my temp controlled storage unit yesterday 7/19/25. First problem was later that afternoon I went to checkout the unit after renting it and couldn’t get in the gate. Called and complained they said someone would reach out immediately but no one bothered to. Second problem was the next day I tried again this time I got in but couldn’t get out.
