Just rented my temp controlled storage unit yesterday 7/19/25. First problem was later that afternoon I went to checkout the unit after renting it and couldn’t get in the gate. Called and complained they said someone would reach out immediately but no one bothered to. Second problem was the next day I tried again this time I got in but couldn’t get out. Did everything online, easy access, very clean.
I’m not able to get into Central Avenue Self Storage Unit. Has anyone had this problem or any information about this situation?
Don’t recommend! No lights in units ! Nobody on site ! Never answer phone ! For some reason they didn’t take my payment this month! Nobody is answering phone! Found out homeless people live in units ! Very scary ! Praying my items don’t get broken into !
